Positive: Staff was super attentive and willing to help all the time. I had two consecutive reservations (work/personal) and I didn’t have ant problem with the transition between both of them. The area is clean. The coffee in the breakfast area was amazing, and the area around the swimming pool is very pretty. The property is gated and there is a 24 hours staff available.
Negative: The area around the property doesn’t look very nice. However, it has nothing to do with the property. The apartments are big and comfortable, but some TLC is needed with the appliances. I had to switch rooms because the washer/dryer didn’t work, but they were super helpful and accommodating.
Summary: Convenient and spacious in the San José area.
